Healing Together: Community Support Circles

This project focuses on creating a safe and welcoming space for individuals in Adelaide recovering from body image and eating disorders. Support Circles are small, facilitated group sessions that encourage open dialogue, sharing of experiences, and mutual encouragement. These circles aim to reduce isolation, foster understanding, and build lasting connections for those in recovery.

Empowerment Through Movement Workshops

Embodied partners with body-kind, credentialed professionals to support individuals in building a compassionate relationship with their bodies and movement. These workshops offer a supportive and inclusive space to reconnect through gentle movement, mindfulness, and self-care practices. Guided by experienced professionals, they foster physical resilience, deepen body awareness, and nurture a positive, empowered relationship with movement and self-image - all within a compassionate community setting.

Empowerment Through Movement: Rehab & Wellness Workshops

Mindful Nutrition Workshops

Embodied partners with credentialed dietitians who specialise in weight-inclusive, non-diet approaches to nutrition. Our Mindful Nutrition workshops teach practical strategies for nourishing the body while supporting a positive relationship with food. Grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), the focus is on intuitive eating, understanding hunger cues, and fostering a non-restrictive, balanced approach to food that respects both physical and emotional well-being.

Cultivating Positive Culture: Community Events & Advocacy

This project is dedicated to shifting the narrative around mental health and body image concerns in Adelaide by hosting community events, workshops, and public advocacy initiatives. Through educational sessions, including guest speakers, and creative activities, we aim to create an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes mental wellbeing.
